Why is my checkout not working?

If your customers can't complete checkout, it's usually a Stripe account issue. Here's how to get it sorted.

First, check your Stripe account is fully set up

Stripe requires identity verification and bank details before they'll process payments. If anything's incomplete on their end, checkout won't work.


​Then, refresh your Stripe connection

Once your Stripe account is verified and ready, disconnect and reconnect it to Skillstore:

  1. Open Settings and click Payments

  2. Click Disconnect Stripe

  3. Click Connect with Stripe to reconnect.

This refreshes the connection and should get your payments flowing.
